I obtained my education from Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts in Miami Florida. However, my foundation came from my father’s traditional dishes from Spain and my mother’s exotic dishes from the Caribbean. With my French Culinary Education, along with my Spanish and Caribbean influences I have created a Fusion Cuisine Menu that will arouse your mind and senses.

As your caterer I’m here to create your dream menu. My team and I will build a package price that will provide a complete menu selection for your event within your budget. I put my whole heart into every entrée I create, and I’m blessed to be surrounded by a staff as passionate and dedicated as me.

I found true happiness and have a very full enjoyable life bringing people together through food, and I’m here to spread the joy of food through Central Texas. Therefore I cater any type of occasions: small intimate gatherings, holiday parties, corporate, fundraisers, weddings, rehearsal dinner, church events, anniversary’s, baby showers and etc.
